About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on the National commission on the financial market No. 192/1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 117-126BIS), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes and addition:

1. In Article 4:

in part (words of "the organizations of microfinancing" shall be replaced with words 1) "non-bank credit institutions";

in part (2) words of "the organization of microfinancing, the organization of mortgage lending" shall be replaced with words "non-bank credit institutions".

2. Item h) parts (Article 6 to add 1) with the subitem of the following content:

"-payments of non-bank credit institutions in the amount up to 0,1 of percent of annual average cost of the registered remaining balance of the non-bank credits and financial leasing, but at least 5000 lei;".

Art. II. - In the Law on leasing No. 59/2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, Art. No. 92-94, 429), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:

1. In part (articles 2 after words "this law" to add 1) with words ", regulations of the National commission on the financial market".

2. Add the law with Article 5-1 of the following content:

"Article 5-1. Regulation and supervision of activities of participants of leasing transactions as the lessor

Regulation and supervision of the activities of participants of leasing transactions as the lessor performed by non-bank credit institutions are provided with the National commission on the financial market according to regulations.".
