1) in Article 9:

a) in Item 2 of the word of "audit committee (auditor) of society" shall be replaced with words "audit committee of society if the charter of society does not provide its absence,";

b) in paragraph one of item 4 of the word of "audit committee (auditor) of society" shall be replaced with words "audit committee of society if the charter of society does not provide its absence";

"3.2.
