About entering of amendments into the Law on regional development in the Republic of Moldova No. 438-XVI of December 28, 2006
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – In the Law on regional development in the Republic of Moldova No. 438-XVI of December 28, 2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 21-24, 68), with subsequent changes, to make the following additions:
1. Part (articles 5 after the words "from each regional council on development" to add 4) with words ", and also the representative of civil society selected on competitive basis by means of the procedure established by the Government.".
2. Add Article 6 with part (7) the following content:
"(7) Tools for assignment of Fund are schemes of grants, services, technical assistance and works. The mechanism of distribution of finance is established by the Government on the basis of provision.".
Art. II. – To the government in two-month time from the date of entry into force of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
