1) in Article 3.1:

a) in the subitem 4 of item 4 of the word "42 percent (for all calendar months falling on the period from January 1 to December 31, 2016 inclusive), 30 percent (for all calendar months falling on the period since January 1, 2017)" shall be replaced with words "30 percent";

b) in the subitem 2 of Item 5:
