1) in Article 31:

a) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. Deportation of foreign citizens in the cases provided by this Article is performed by federal executive body in the field of migration or its territorial authorities in interaction with other federal executive bodies and their territorial authorities within their competence.

The procedure for deportation of foreign citizens is determined by federal executive body in the field of migration in coordination with the interested federal executive bodies.";

b) to declare paragraph two of Item 9.2 invalid;

c) state Item 11 in the following edition:

"11. If the authorized federal executive body concerning the foreign citizen who is in places of detention passes the decision on undesirability of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation or the decision on not permission of entry into the Russian Federation, such decision within three working days from the date of its removal goes to the relevant territorial authority of federal executive body in the field of migration which makes the decision on deportation of this foreign citizen or in case of availability of the international treaty of the Russian Federation on readmission which affects this foreign citizen, the decision on its readmission.";
