Prolongation of term of existence of the special economic zones created till January 1, 2012 is performed by the conclusion of supplementary agreements to agreements on creation of special economic zones taking into account provisions of the Federal Law of July 22, 2005 No. 116-FZ "About special economic zones in the Russian Federation".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
