1. Approve Changes in the Code of the data which are the state secret, No. approved by the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 440, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 17, 2005 for No. 902/11182, which are applied.

2. To provide to heads of department of legal support and Department of protection of the state secret and licensing of the Security Service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes in the Code of the data which are the state secret

1. In Item 7 of General provisions:

after the paragraph of the sixty seventh to add with the new paragraph the sixty eighth the following content:

"Amount of financial resources - the means necessary for the delivery (purchase) of products, works and services in the defense order determined by the state customers for ensuring implementation of actions, accomplishment of tasks and achievement of the indicators determined by the state target programs, other fundamental documents of defense planning.".
