About modification and amendments in the Executive code of the Republic of Moldova No. 443/2004

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Executive code of the Republic of Moldova No. 443/2004 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 214-220, 704), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes and additions:

1. In part (1) Article 22:

in Item 1) of the word "impose arrest property" to exclude;

"Article 63. The measures for ensuring execution of the executive document imposed by the legal executive";

in part (1):

state the prolog in the following edition:

"(1) For the purpose of ensuring effective fulfillment of the executive document, along with excitement of enforcement proceeding and on all its extent, the legal executive has the right in that measure in what they consist in direct cause and effect relationship with substantive provisions of the executive document or directly follow from it, to apply the following measures to ensuring execution of the executive document:";

add part with Item d) the following content:

"d) prohibit to physical persons and legal entities to perform irrespective of type of property and form of business certain actions concerning the debtor or his property including acquired in the future which can serve as obstacle for execution of the executive document.";
