About modification and amendments in the Regulations of Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797/1996

In the Regulations of Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797/1996 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 50, of the Art. 237), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following change and addition:

1. In part (Article 16 of the word "Permanent Commissions" shall be replaced with words 3) "The commission on control of public finance, and also other permanent commissions".

2. Add regulations with Article 128-1 of the following content:

"Article 128-1. Reports of Audit Chamber

(1) the Parliament hears the following reports of Audit Chamber at plenary meeting:

a) the annual statement about activities submitted till May 1;

b) audit opinions according to annual statements of the Government about execution of the State Budget, the budget of the national social insurance and means of funds of compulsory medical insurance, along with the corresponding reports of the Government, represented till June 1;

c) the annual statement about management and use of public financial resources and public property represented till September 15;

d) other reports of Audit Chamber according to which the Commission on control of public finance considers necessary to carry out hearings.

(2) Public hearings on provided by part (1) to reports are carried out by the Commission on control of public finance.".
