Some questions of compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of the sphere of physical culture and sport of persons with disability

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Extend action of the paragraph of the fourth subitem 1 of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 25, 2007 No. 955 "About streamlining of structure and payment terms of work of employees of the centers for physical culture and sport of disabled people Invasport (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 55, of the Art. 2213) to heads, their deputies and employees of National committee of sport of disabled people, the "Western Rehabilitation and Sports Center" companies of National committee of sport of disabled people and the company of consolidation of citizens (the religious organization, labor union) "The All-Ukrainian rehabilitation and recovery sports center of National committee of sport of disabled people" (further - the companies of National committee of sport of disabled people), specialized children's and youth sports schools for disabled people of Paralympic and deflimpiysky reserve, children's and youth sports schools for persons with disability (except trainers-teachers, coaches of regular team of the national teams of teams of Ukraine in sports of persons with disability.

2. Determine that during limiting establishment of the sizes of the official pay rates determined by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of the Single scale of charges of categories and coefficients of compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 36, of the Art. 1699), official pay rates are applied with additional coefficient of increase:
