About entering of amendments into Item 9 of the Regulations on procedure for putting down of apostille

The government DECIDES:

Item 9 of the Regulations on procedure for putting down of the apostille approved by the Order of the Government No. 163 of February 15, 2007. "About optimization of structure of the Ministry of Justice and approval of the Regulations on procedure for putting down of apostille" (2007, Art. No. 25-28, 177), with subsequent changes and amendments, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the subitem of d-81 of the following content:

"d-1) the education documents issued since 1992, educational institutions of administrative and territorial units of left bank of Dniester and мун. Bender, constituted on forms of the sample approved by the Ministry of Education, culture and researches which seals and stamps do not contain the state symbols, symbols of other forming of the state type or signs and marks which can be considered as such, except for symbols, signs and marks of the Republic of Moldova;".
