About introduction of amendments to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 and of December 17, 2008 No. 1102

Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 "About Traffic regulations" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 41, Art. 1852; 2007, No. 14, Art. 522; 2011, No. 78, Art. 2881; 2013, No. 14, the Art. 505) and of December 17, 2008 No. 1102 "About approval of the Procedure for temporary detention and storage of vehicles on special platforms and parking" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 98, Art. 3240; 2009, No. 11, Art. 339; 2015, No. 90, Art. 3023; 2016, No. 82, the Art. 2707) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306 and of December 17, 2008 No. 1102

1. In the Traffic regulations approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 10, 2001 No. 1306:

 Item 1.7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1.7. Drivers shall be especially attentive to such categories of participants of traffic as cyclists, persons who move in chairs wheel, and pedestrians. All participants of traffic shall be especially careful to children, people of old age and persons with strong indications of disability.";

2) in Item 1.10:
