About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning assistance to attraction of foreign investments

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1996, No. 51, Art. 292 with subsequent changes):

Part the second Article 1 to add 1) with the paragraph the second such content:

"The term "nominee holder" is used in this Law in the value given in the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine";

2) in Article 7 part two:

exclude item 4;

add with Item 37-13 of such content:

"37-13) establishes requirements to foreign financial institutions which can open the account of the nominee holder securities in depository institution";

Article 8 to add 3) with Item 5-5 of the following content:

"5-5) in case of not disclosure by the nominee holder of information in the cases established by the law to prohibit or limit for a period of up to elimination of the specified violation carrying out all or separate depository operations on the account in securities of the nominee holder concerning whom it was not opened specified information".

2. In Item 6.1 of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment systems and money transfer in Ukraine" (2001, No. 29, the Art. 137) words "to legal entities - investors" shall be replaced with words sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to "legal entities".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2006, No. 31, Art. 268 with subsequent changes):
