About modification and amendments in appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 314 of May 22, 2017

Based on the article LXXX of the Law No. 80 of May 5, 2017 on modification and amendments in some legal acts (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 162-170, 284) DECIDES: the Government

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 314 of May 22, 2017. "About creation of the Agency of the state services" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 162-170, 396) to make the following changes and additions:

To add 1) with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. Full name of organization - Public institution "Agency of the state services", and the abbreviated name – the Agency of the state services or AGU.";

Item 4 after the word "street" to add 2) with the word "Aleksandra";

6) of Item 7 the word "law" shall be replaced with words 3) in the subitem "regulations";

2. In departure from Item 31 of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 314 of May 22, 2017. "About creation of the Agency of the state services" the financial resources consisting of income gained as a result of provision of services, exceeding budget of the Agency approved for 2017 and 2018 are used by the Agency for capital investments in 2018 and respectively in 2019 according to the profit and loss budget approved in accordance with the established procedure for the corresponding year.
