Article 1

Part 1 of Article 7 to add 1) with item 4 of the following content:

"4) submissions of documents and information, absence and (or) unauthenticity of which were not specified in case of initial refusal in documents acceptance, necessary for provision of the state or municipal service, or in provision of the state or municipal service, except for the following cases:

a) change of requirements of the regulatory legal acts concerning provision of the state or municipal service after initial filing of application about provision of the state or municipal service;

b) availability of mistakes in the statement for provision of the state or municipal service and the documents filed by the applicant after initial refusal in documents acceptance necessary for provision of the state or municipal service, or in provision of the state or municipal service and not included in the set of documents provided earlier;

c) expiration of documents or change of information after initial refusal in documents acceptance, necessary for provision of the state or municipal service, or in provision of the state or municipal service;
