Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of March 31, 1999 No. 69-FZ "About gas supply in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 14, Art. 1667; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2009, No. 1, Art. 21; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4590; No. 45, Art. 6333; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7616; 2013, No. 14, Art. 1643; 2015, No. 45, Art. 6208; No. 48, Art. 6723; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4203; No. 50, Art. 6975) following changes:

The paragraph of the eighth Article 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"gasification - sales activity of scientific and technical and project decisions, to implementation of the installation and construction works and organizational measures directed to use of gas as fuel and energy resource on objects of housing and communal services, industrial and other facilities;";

Part the second Article 8 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:

"approves method of calculation of indicators of gasification or determines the federal executive body authorized on approval of the specified technique.";

To add 3) with Article 8.1 of the following content:

"Article 8.1. Powers of local government bodies on the organization of gas supply of the population

On the organization of gas supply of the population in the corresponding territories treat powers of local government bodies of residential locations, city districts:

preparation of the population for use of gas according to interregional and regional programs of gasification of housing and communal services, industrial and other bodies;

approval of schemes of arrangement of the gas supply facilities used for providing the population with gas.
