About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In Item 2 of part 4 of Article 172 and Item 2 of part 2 of article 191 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia of October 10, 2016 words of "the commission on coordination of charitable programs of the Government" shall be replaced with words "authorized body".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
