About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine of rather social protection of injured participants of Revolution of Advantage and other faces

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):

Item 5 parts two of article 42 after words to "combatants" to add 1) with words to "injured participants of Revolution of Advantage";

2) in Article 77-2:

add the name with the words "and to injured participants of Revolution of Advantage";

after words to "Combatants" to add with words to "injured participants of Revolution of Advantage".

2. In the Housing code of the Ukrainian SSR (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1983, appendix to No. 28, the Art. 573):

1) in Article 45 part one:

after the paragraph of third to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"to persons to whom the status of the injured participant Revolyution Dostoinstva according to the Law of Ukraine "About the status of veterans of war is provided, to guarantee of their social protection".

2) in the paragraph the second part one of Article 46 of the word to "disabled people of the Great Patriotic War" and "disabled people of the Great Patriotic War" to replace respectively with words to "persons with disability owing to World War II" and "persons with disability owing to World War II";

3) in Article 125:
