About introduction of amendments to the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Russian Federation and separate legal acts of the Russian Federation

Article 1

Bring in the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 10, the Art. 1391) the following changes:

Part 5 of Article 277 to add 4) with the new third offer of the following content: "If administrative case about hospitalization of the citizen or about prolongation of term of hospitalization of the citizen in involuntary procedure is initiated in involuntary procedure not based on the administrative action for declaration of the prosecutor, the prosecutor who entered legal procedure draws the conclusion on this administrative case.";

Part 2 of Article 281 to add 5) with words ", or the prosecutor".
