Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 "About local self-government":
1) Item 29 of part 1 of article 35 after words of "elimination of effects" to add with words ", ensuring seismic safety";
2) Item 7 of part 2 of Article 41 before words of "prevention of emergency situations" to add with words "decrease in seismic risk,".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in month after its official publication.
