About change and amendment of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of bodies of the State Control Committee I decide:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 27, 2008 No. 647 "About some questions of activities of bodies of the State Control Committee of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes and amendments:

1.1. in Item 2:

state subitems 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 in the following edition:

"2.3.1. stop or prohibit before elimination of violations production (realization) of goods (performance of works, rendering services) in case of identification of the violations of the law creating threat of homeland security, damnification of life and to health of the population, the environment including if:

in case of observance of statutory rules of use, storage, transportation or utilization of goods (result of works, services) they do or can do harm to life, health of consumers or the environment;

production (realization) of goods (performance of works, rendering services) is performed without special permission (license) which receipt is provided by legal acts;

implementable goods have no fixed terms of the validity and (or) storage durations or their expiration dates and (or) storage durations expired;

2.3.2. in case of identification of the violations of the law creating threat of homeland security, damnification of life and to health of the population, the environment to oblige subject to withdraw goods (results of works, services) from circulation if the reasons of harm cannot be eliminated including to withdraw these goods (results of works, services) from their consumers;";
