"2. Rejection by inviting party of the established measures for ensuring compliance by the invited foreign citizen or the stateless person of the mode of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation regarding compliance to the purpose of entry into the Russian Federation of the activities which are actually performed during stay (residence) in the Russian Federation or occupation declared by them or rejection by inviting party of the established measures for ensuring timely departure of the invited foreign citizen or the stateless person out of limits of the Russian Federation after certain term of their stay in the Russian Federation -
attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from two thousand to four thousand rubles; on officials - from forty five thousand to fifty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from four hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.".
This Federal Law becomes effective after hundred eighty days after day of its official publication.
