1.1. the name of the resolution after words "the international motor transportations," to add with the words "and also the drivers who are carrying out the international motor transportations of loads";

1.2. to state subitem 1.2 of Item 1 in the following edition:

"1.2. provisions of subitem 1.1 of this Item do not extend to the individual entrepreneur who completed course on accomplishment of motor transportations according to the program approved by the Ministry of Transport and Communications (further - rate on accomplishment of motor transportations), in case of execution by the individual entrepreneur of obligations of person responsible for the organization and accomplishment of intra republican motor transportations;";
