RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About entering of amendments and changes into Resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

According to the paragraph the second article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2016 "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About protection of plants" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure for state registration of remedies of plants and fertilizers and maintaining the State register of remedies of the plants and fertilizers allowed for use in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of July 30, 2010 No. 1140 "About some questions of quarantine and protection of plants and modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 18, 2007 No. 1370" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 187, 5/32275; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 02.02. 2017, 5/43281), after the word "requests" to add with the words "opinion of National academy of Sciences of Belarus on reality of biological and economic efficiency of remedies of plants and fertilizers, including in case of change of preparative form or content of active ingredient, expansion of the sphere or range of application, refining of regulations of application or change of consumption rate of the registered remedies of plants and fertilizers, and also";

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 3, 2010 No. 1155 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for import to the territory of the Republic of Belarus of quarantine objects for scientific research" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 187, 5/32296; 2012, No. 15, 5/35154; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.04. 2013, 5/37100):

1.2.1. to add the name of the resolution and Item 1 after the words "Republic of Belarus" with words "if it is the country of destination,";
