About modification and amendments in some Laws of the Republic of Belarus concerning protection of the state secrets

Article 1. Bring in the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus of December 15, 1998 in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2004 (Vedamasts_ Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubl_k_ Belarus, 1999, No. 13-14, of Art. 195; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 138-139, 2/1064; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 10.07. 2014, 2/2172) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 20:

in word part one "one of state languages of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "the Belarusian and (or) Russian languages";

in part two:

"state languages of the Republic of Belarus" and "other language" to replace words respectively with the words "or insufficiently knowing legal proceedings language" and "language which they know";

add part with the second offer of the following content: "In these cases specified persons have the right to use on a grant basis translation service according to the procedure, established by the legislation.".

2. Add the Code with Article 56-1 of the following content:

"Article 56-1. Features of implementation by participants of economic process of the separate rights on cases which materials contain the data constituting the state secrets

Acquaintance with the materials of cases containing the data constituting the state secrets, statements from them copying from materials of the cases which are not containing the data constituting the state secrets are performed by participants of economic process with observance of requirements of the legislation on the state secrets.
