About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. In Item 5 of part 5 of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 7, 2002 "About local self-government" (further – the Law) words of "control of control chamber" shall be replaced with words ZR-337 "audit of Auditor chamber".
Article 2. In Item 37 of part 1 of article 18 of the Law of the word "the control performed by control chamber" shall be replaced with words "audit of Auditor chamber".
Article 3. To state part 7 of article 95 of the Law in the following edition:
"7. Audit of legality and efficiency of use of means of local authority budgets, the obtained loans and the credits, municipal property the Auditor chamber in the cases established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About auditor chamber performs.".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective in the day of assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic in time established by part 5 of article 210 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia (with changes of December 6, 2015).
