About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About television and radio"

Article 1. No. ZR-97 "About television and radio" (further - the Law) after the word of "TV companies" to add part 2 of article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 9, 2000 with the words "or radio companies".

Article 2. To add article 47 of the Law with parts 8-10 of the following content:

"8. Broadcasting through digital broadcasting network is performed by radio companies of republican covering with the following thematic orientation:

1) one radio program of Public broadcasting company established according to Item 1 of part 1 of article 30 of the law;

2) three private radio companies of general orientation.

9. Broadcasting through digital broadcasting network is performed by radio companies of capital covering with the following thematic orientation:

1) two radio programs of Public broadcasting company established according to Item 1 of part 1 of article 30 of the law;

2) one private radio company of entertaining orientation;

3) one private radio company of youth orientation;

4) one private radio company of musical orientation;

5) ten private radio companies of general orientation.

10. Broadcasting through digital broadcasting network is performed by radio companies of regional covering with the following thematic orientation:

1) one radio program of Public broadcasting company established according to Item 1 of part 1 of article 30 of the law and two private radio companies of general orientation.".

Article 3. In article 48 of the Law:

To replace 1) regarding 1 word "Televeshchately" with the word of "Television and radio broadcasting companies";

2 parts 1 word of "telecasts" to replace 2) in Item with the word of "telebroadcasts";
