About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About television and radio"

Article 1. ZR-97 "About television and radio" (further - the Law) to declare the eighteenth paragraph of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of October 9, 2000 invalid.

1) any application was not submitted at the scheduled time, or any of the submitted applications does not conform to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Armenia;

2) as a result of technical expertize of the project and the schedule of creation of digital broadcasting network of the single participant or all participants of tender the negative conclusion was drawn, at the same time in that case public hearings are not carried out;

3) the size of the offered coverage of the network of broadcasting provided by the project of creation of digital broadcasting network of the single participant or all participants of tender does not conform to the requirement established by part 2 of article 55.1 of this Law.".
