About entering of amendment and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About joint-stock companies"

Article 1. ZR-232 "About joint-stock companies" (further - the Law) after the word "the representative-" to add the Item "and" of part 1 of article 63 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of September 25, 2001 with the words "having revealed the circumstances connected with coherence".
Article 2. To state the Item of part 3 of article 83 of the Law in the following edition:
"g) the information about other legal entities, person specified in which borrows leading (the chairman or the member of council, the director, the CEO or the board member, directorates and other) or other position, its rights and obligation on this position if provision of data does not violate requirements of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About personal data protection", and also data on coherence with this legal entity on the bases established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market";".
Article 3. To state the third paragraph of part 1 of article 86 of the Law in the following edition:
"In open joint stock companies of position of the chairman of the board and director (CEO) е can be combined.".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
