About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About joint-stock companies"

Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of September 25, 2001 ZR-232 "About joint-stock companies" (further – the Law):
Part 4 after the word "insurance" shall be replaced with words 1) ", public TV companies and radio companies";
To add 2) with Item 4.2 of the following content:
"4. 2) provisions of this Law extend to public TV companies and public radio companies if other adjustment is not provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About television and radio.".
Article 2. In the Law of the word "authorized state body" and their case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized body" and their case forms.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in day of assumption of office of the newly elected President of the republic.
