Article 1. ZR-232 "About joint-stock companies" to add the third paragraph of part 2 of article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of September 25, 2001 with the new offer of the following content:
"This restriction is not applied to funds of securitization, the being joint stock companies.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
