Article 1

Bring in article 13.21 of the Russian Federation Code of Administrative Offences (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, Art. 1; 2007, No. 26, Art. 3089; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4600; 2013, No. 14, Art. 1642, 1658) following changes:

Paragraph one of part 2 after the word "provided" to add 1) with words "part 2.1 of this Article and";

To add 2) with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. Publication in mass media of programs TV and (or) broadcasts, lists and (or) catalogs of information products without placement of sign of information products or with the sign of information products which is not corresponding to category of information products -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from one thousand to two thousand rubles; on officials - from three thousand to seven thousand rubles; on legal entities - from ten thousand to fifty thousand rubles.";

To add 3) with the note of the following content:

"Note. If according to the civil agreement signed between the producer or the distributor of products of mass media and person which provided for publication the program TV and (or) broadcasts, the list and (or) the catalog of information products, obligation on designation he is familiar to information products it is assigned to the specified person, the administrative responsibility for the administrative offenses provided by part 2.1 of this Article carries person which provided for publication the program TV and (or) broadcasts, the list and (or) the catalog of information products without placement of sign of information products or with the sign of information products which is not corresponding to category of information products.".
