The Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Accept according to appendix the offer on allocation in temporary use 643, of hectare of land of number of farms of the territories of the Apsheron, Hyzinsky, Siazansky, Divichinsky, Hachmazsky, Cuban and Kusarsky districts for the purpose of construction of the line of the oil pipeline in connection with transportation of early oil which will be extracted as a result of joint development of deep parts of fields "Azeri", "Chyrag" in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, approved by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic with land users, the executive authority of the specified areas, the Ministry of Agriculture, the State committee on the ground and the State committee on ecology and control of environmental management.
2. Charge to the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic to provide compensation in accordance with the established procedure of damage caused to farms in connection with construction of the line of the oil pipeline, carrying out recultivation of land which failed after completion of construction and return to their former users.
