Article 1. ZR-186 "About the state fee" to add part 1 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 27, 1997 with the Item "zh.5" of the following content:
". 5) claimants - in the claim for compensation of the damage caused as a result of tortures, stipulated in Article 1087.3 Civil codes of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
