"Article 13.19.3. Violation of procedure for placement of information in unified information system of housing construction

1. Non-stationing in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation information in unified information system of housing construction by the official of executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation in the territory of which the construction (creation) of the corresponding apartment house and (or) other real estate object, is performed by the official of public authority of the subject of the Russian Federation authorized on implementation of the state construction supervision, the official of federal executive body, the executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation or local government body authorized on issue of construction licenses according to the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation, the official of the federal executive body performing the state cadastral registration, state registration of the rights maintaining the Single state real estate register and provision of the data containing in the Single state real estate register or its territorial authority, the official of the federal executive body performing functions on development of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of the official statistical recording, the builder, the public company "Fund of Protection of the Rights of Citizens — Participants of Shared-equity Construction", the other person which according to the Federal Laws shall place information in unified information system of housing construction, their officials or violation by the established legislation of the Russian Federation of procedure, methods, terms and (or) frequency of placement of information or placement of information not in full, placement of obviously distorted information -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from fifteen thousand to thirty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from fifty thousand to two hundred thousand rubles.

2. Making of the administrative offense provided by part of 1 this Article, person which is earlier subjected to administrative punishment for similar administrative offense -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from forty thousand to eighty thousand rubles or disqualification for a period of one year up to three years; on legal entities - from two hundred thousand to four hundred thousand rubles.";

"6. Unreasonable acceptance by the body exercising regional state control (supervision) in the field of shared-equity construction of apartment houses and (or) other real estate objects, decisions on issue of the conclusion about compliance of the builder and the project declaration to the requirements established by the legislation on participation in shared-equity construction of apartment houses and (or) other real estate objects, or on refusal in issue of such conclusion if these actions do not contain penal act, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on officials at the rate from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles.";

4) in Article 23.1:

a) part 1 after words "part 2 of Article 13.19." To add 2, with words "Article 13.19.3 (except for the administrative offenses made by the builder, officials of the builder),", after words "Articles 14.25. 14.27," to add 1, with words "part 6 of Article 14. 28,";
