Chapter 23 to add 1) with Article 23.88 of the following content:

"Article 23.88. Bodies of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation

1. Bodies of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation consider cases on administrative offenses, stipulated in Article 6.24, parts 1 and 2 of Article 20. 20, Article 20.21 of this Code, concerning the military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, citizens called on military charges in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and also concerning faces of civil personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in cases of making of administrative offenses by them in the territories of military units or in connection with execution of service duties.

2. Has the right to consider cases on administrative offenses on behalf of bodies of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation:

1) chief of the central body of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, his deputies and heads of structural divisions of the central body of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation;

2) heads of regional bodies of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, their deputies and heads of structural divisions of regional bodies of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation;

3) heads of territorial authorities of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, their deputies and heads of structural divisions of territorial authorities of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.";

Part 1 of Article 27.2 to add 2) with Item 17 of the following content:

"17) officials of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in case of identification of administrative offenses, cases on which according to Article 23.88 of this Code are considered by bodies of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, or administrative offenses on cases on which according to Item 109 of part 2 of Article 28.3 of this Code officials of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation constitute protocols on administrative offenses, and also in case of identification of any administrative offenses made by the faces of civil personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation specified regarding 1 Article 23.88 of this Code in case of the address to them of officials, representatives to constitute protocols on the corresponding administrative offenses, - to the office of body of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or military unit.";

Part 1 of Article 27.3 to add 3) with Item 11 of the following content:

"11) officials of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation - in case of identification of administrative offenses, cases on which according to Article 23.88 of this Code are considered by bodies of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, or administrative offenses on cases on which according to Item 109 of part 2 of Article 28.3 of this Code officials of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation constitute protocols on administrative offenses, and also in case of identification of any administrative offenses made by the faces of civil personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation specified regarding 1 Article 23.88 of this Code in case of the address to them of officials, representatives to constitute protocols on the corresponding administrative offenses.";

"109) officials of military police of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation - about the administrative offenses provided by part 1 of Article 6. 8, part 1 of Article 6. 9, part 1 of Article 6.16. 1, Articles 17.7 and 17.9 of this Code, concerning the military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, citizens called on military charges in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and also concerning faces of civil personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in cases of making of administrative offenses by them in the territories of military units or in connection with execution of service duties.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
