About modification of excise rates on oil products

For the purpose of ensuring regulation in the domestic market of wholesale prices for energy carriers in connection with increase in prices for oil and oil products on world wounds the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Ceased to be valid.

Apply these excise rates and on the imported oil products. Perform calculation of the amount of excise on the imported oil products according to the procedure of calculation of the amount of excise on the oil products made in the republic.

2. Declare invalid Item 1 of the resolution of the "About Modification of Excise Rates on Oil Products" Cabinet of Ministers of July 10, 1998 No. 152 and the resolution of September No. 180 5.

3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2000.
