About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. Item 12.5 of the Section "12. the sphere of environmental protection" article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 27, 1997 "About the state fee" (further - the Law) to declare ZR-186 invalid.
Article 2. To add the table of part 1 of article 20.1 of the Law with Item 14 of the following content:

"14) for acquisition of right to implementation of boring activities for the purpose of use of fresh underwater waters |
in 200-fold size of annual basic duty". |
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
