Article 1

1) Article 12 to add with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. If regulatory legal act of the Russian Federation the name of the licensed type of activity, lists of works, services which are carried out, appear as a part of specific types of activity change, need of renewal of the license shall be determined by this regulatory legal act.";

2) in Article 18:

a) add part 1 with words ", changes according to regulatory legal act of the Russian Federation names of the licensed type of activity, lists of works, services which are carried out, appear as a part of specific types of activity if need of renewal of the license is determined by this regulatory legal act";
