By the law of the subject of the Russian Federation it can be provided compensation for expenses on payment of the fee on capital repairs expected proceeding from the minimum size of fee capital repairs on one square meter of total area of premises a month, established by regulatory legal act of the subject of the Russian Federation, and the size of the regional standard of the normative area of premises used for calculation of subsidies, to the living alone unemployed owners of premises who reached age of seventy years, - in the amount of fifty percent, eighty years, - in the amount of hundred percent, and also living in family composition, consisting only from jointly the living unemployed senior citizens and (or) unemployed disabled people of I and (or) II groups, to the owners of premises who reached age of seventy years - in the amount of fifty percent, eighty years, - in the amount of hundred percent.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
