About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the state fee"

Article 1. ZR-186 "About the state fee" (further - the Law) to add article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 27, 1997 with the Item "a1" of the following content:

"and 1) for the private applications submitted to the Constitutional court;".

Article 2. Add the law with Article 9.1 of the following content:

"Article 9.1. Rates of the state fee from the private applications submitted to the Constitutional court, copies (duplicates) of the documents issued by the Constitutional court

The state fee in case of the address to the Constitutional court, and also issue is levied by the Constitutional court of copies (duplicates) of documents at the following rates:

1. In case of the address to the Constitutional court - in tenfold size of basic duty;

2. in case of issue of the copy (duplicate) of the solution of the Constitutional court according to the written application of the parties which are involved in consideration of the case or other persons - in the amount of 50 percent from basic duty, and on each page - in the amount of 15 percent from basic duty".

Article 3. In article 28.1 of the Law of the word "members of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "judges of the Constitutional court".

Article 4. To add article 31 of the Law with the Item "v1" of the following content:

"in 1) the Constitutional court - proceeding from property status of the applicant;".

Article 5. To add article 38 of the Law with the Item "a1" of the following content:

"and 1) in case of return of the statement, refusal in consideration of the case or cessation of production put the Constitutional court;".

Article 6. To add part 5 of article 39 of the Law before the word of "court" with words of "Constitutional court".
