About entering of amendments into some Orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In Item 7 of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 690 of August 30, 2017. "About the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 322-328, 792) to make the following additions:

1) after the word "development" to add the subitem with words of "analyses of ex ante", and at the end to add with the text", in cooperation with the corresponding representatives of civil society and business community";

add with subitems 2-1) and 2-2) of the following content:

"2-1) monitoring of perception by citizens and economic agents public the politician, regulations and the state activities in spheres of activity, specific to the ministry, and development of offers on their improvement;

2-2) monitoring of quality public the politician and regulations in the spheres of activity specific to the ministry, including in cooperation with civil society and private sector;".

No. 322-328, 793), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:

1) after the word "development" to add the subitem with words of "analyses of ex ante", and at the end to add with the text", in cooperation with the corresponding representatives of civil society and business community";

add with subitems 2-1) - 2-3) following of content:

"2-1) monitoring of assessment and line item of the Republic of Moldova within the international indicators and ratings which belong to the specific areas, and development of offers on their improvement;
