About the companies which are not transferred to system of the letter of credit or advance payment
For the purpose of execution of Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 24, 1996 No. 496 "About measures for elimination of the situation with settlement in economy and to strengthening of financial discipline", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Based on the offer of the National Bank of the Azerbaijan Republic approved with the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance to approve the list of the companies which are not transferred to system of the letter of credit or advance payment it (is applied).
Determine that products which are purchased by the companies to which the form of the letter of credit or advance payment is not applied shall be used only for ensuring continued operation of the specified companies, from the technological point of view, and to destination.
2. As transition of the companies specified in the list to form of the letter of credit or advance payment is impossible, to introduce at these companies advance payments in the amount of 10 percent and to carry out after each month under report reconciliation for completion of calculations.
3. Take into consideration that the procedure for timely financing of state-financed organizations in the form of the letter of credit or advance payment is developed and applied by the Ministry of Finance according to Item 6 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 24, 1996 to conducting calculations with No. 496 "About measures for elimination of the situation with settlement in economy and to strengthening of financial discipline".
