About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. Regarding the 4th article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 19, 2014 ZR-25-N "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia":

1) in the first paragraph of the word of "part 4 of Article 51" shall be replaced with words "parts 3 of Article 51";

2) the first offer of the third paragraph to state in the following edition:

"The size of the pension established by this Article is estimated in the amount of 70 percent from the amount of cash allowance and compensation for food received (estimated) in investigating bodies of authorized state body in the field of defense and Police of the Republic of Armenia under the Government of the Republic of Armenia for June, 2014; for each complete year of service length more than 20 years to pension two percent from the amount of cash allowance and compensation for food, and for the every year worked and not included in service length before holding the post of military service - one percent increase.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
