About entering of amendments into the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Article 4 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001 (further - the Code) to add with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. On the personal, gardening parcels of land, and also the restrictions provided by the first paragraph of part 3 of this Article do not extend to the parcels of land for construction and servicing of the private apartment house, construction and servicing of public and production facilities, construction and servicing of the apartment apartment house.".

Article 2. To add part 3 of article 56 of the Code after the word of "property" with words ", at the same time in case, 102 of this Code the parcel of land passes stipulated in Item 8.1 parts of 1 Article into municipal property if it was not aloof forcibly to the third parties, and to the former owner earth cost was compensated".

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 102 of the Code with Item 8.1 of the following content:

"8. 1) in the case provided by part 2 of Article 282 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia, property compulsory acquisition.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
