About modification of some Orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1450 of December 24, 2007. "About some measures for accomplishment of the Law on auditor activities No. 61-XVI of March 16, 2007" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 203-206, 1493), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 5 of appendix No. 1 of the word by "Ministry of Public Education" "The Ministry of Education, culture and researches";

2) in appendix No. 2:

a) line item "Chichibab Yury is Deputy Minister of Finance" to replace with line item "Yakim Christina is the main consultant, management for regulation of financial accounting and audit in the corporate sector, the Ministry of Finance";

b) in line item "Chemertan Silvia" shall be replaced with words the words "the head of department of audit regulation in the corporate sector" "the main consultant of management for regulation of financial accounting and audit in the corporate sector";

3) in appendix No. 3:

a) in all text of the word "Ministry of Public Education" in all grammatical forms shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Education, cultures and researches" in the corresponding case;

b) in item 4 the text "based on the license granted by Licensed chamber according to the Law on regulation of business activity by licensing No. 451-XV of July 30, 2001. (2005, Art. No. 26-28, 95)" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the text "according to the procedure, established by the Law No. 61-XVI of March 16, 2007 on auditor activities.";

4) in appendix No. 4:
