About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further - the Law) after the words "by a majority vote" to add part 4 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 7, 2002 with words ", except as specified, provided by the law.
Article 2. To state Item 8 of part 1 of article 18 of the Law in the following edition:
"8) at the initiative of one third of the members or the head of municipality makes the decision on holding referendum;".
Article 3. Regarding 1 article 35 of the Law:
Item 12 to state 1) in the following edition:
"12) takes the initiative of holding local referendum;";
To add 2) with Item 12.1 of the following content:
"12. 1) according to the procedure and the terms established by the law makes the decision on holding local referendum;".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
