About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil

Article 1. To add part 3 of article 31 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil of November 28, 2011 (further – the Code) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The authorized body provides to tax authority information of centralized register of the rights of subsoil users according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. In article 61 of the Code:

1) in part 2:

and. to add Item 1 after the first word "ecological" with the word "tax";

. state item 4 in the following edition:

"4) payments for environmental management for use of the natural resources which are state-owned property, including royalty for conversion of metal minerals or waste of subsurface use;";

to declare Item 5 invalid century;

Part 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. The payments provided by Items 1 and 4 of part 2 of this Article are paid according to the procedure and the sizes established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. In Item 7 of part 1 of article 64 of the Code to replace the word of "payments" with the word of "tax".

Article 4. In Item 7 of part 1 of article 73 of the Code of the word "calculations of quotas, payments on the actual amounts which are object of payments for subsurface use" shall be replaced with words "observance of procedure for calculation of the actual amounts of base of payments for environmental management (except for royalty), their quotas and payments".

Article 5. In article 77 of the Code:
