About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia"

Article 1. "About the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia" to state the first paragraph of part 4 of article 56 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 19, 2014 to ZR-25-N in the following edition:
"To the employee dismissed the employee of the Investigative Committee based on recognition incapacitated on the bases established by Items 2, 3 and 5 parts 2 of article 22 of this Law, and also the court verdict which took legal effect grants pension if he was appointed to position of the employee of the Investigative Committee according to part 3 of article 51 of this Law and as of day of dismissal has the service length at least 20 calendar years received till July 1, 2017.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
