Article 1

Bring in article 8 of the Federal Law of December 21, 1996 No. 159-FZ "About additional guarantees on social support of orphan children and children without parental support" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 52, Art. 5880; 1998, No. 7, Art. 788; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2012, No. 10, Art. 1163; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2015, No. 48, Art. 6724) following changes:

1) in Item 1:

a) paragraph two after words "in paragraph one of this Item," to add with the words "according to their statement in writing";

b) word in paragraph three "healthcare institutions and other organizations" shall be replaced with words "the medical organizations and other organizations", after words of "professional education", to add with words of "professional training";

Items 2 and 3 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. Executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation according to the procedure, established by regulatory legal acts of subjects of the Russian Federation, shall exercise control of use and safety of premises, employers or members of families of employers under agreements of social hiring or owners of which are orphan children and children without parental support, behind ensuring proper sanitary and technical condition of premises, and also to exercise control of the order them.
